We are being poked for our opinions incessantly by social media, slow media, work environments, daily life.
Remember, it is okay not to have one.
We believe in being radically agnostic. We go out of our way to not have a view.
In an area where great minds with far more information than we have access to can’t agree then our opinion doesn’t really count for much.
In a situation where you don’t know the background, the personal circumstances, the individual’s troubles, how can we comment?
How do you ever know if your view is a result of personal prejudice, your own buried challenges, your current mindset or mood?
We do believe in having values. We believe in taking a position on the things that align to our values. We try to speak up when it’s time to speak up on these things and stay quiet when it’s not. We don’t always get it right. But we do try.
We try to be radically agnostic. Consciously quiet.
Try it – it is very liberating.
